I've got nothing to say on the subject of Edinburgh, Simon, on account of never having been there. But last time I came here I couldn't leave a comment so I thought I'd test it again.

Welcome Mark. Do you contribute to Wikipedia? I have been doing a lot on it recently. It's satisfying to plug holes in the encylopedia with the particular information that you have to hand, also to collaborate on projects.
